PRISM is an internal system designed to automate employee requisition workflows within OCCCI, including request submission, routing, approvals, and tracking. It supports operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability.

All data entered, processed, stored, or generated within PRISM—including requisitions, attachments, approvals, and logs—are owned by OCCCI and are intended strictly for organizational and operational purposes.

PRISM is developed for academic and internal use to support OCCCI workflows. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and administrators are not liable for damages arising from misuse of the system, unauthorized access resulting from user negligence, or failures caused by external factors beyond reasonable control.

PRISM is designed to support compliance with relevant organizational policies and applicable laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in relation to the handling of personal information and system records.

By accessing, registering for, or using PRISM, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. OCCCI may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the system after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We retain registration and account-related information while your account is active. If your account becomes inactive, your data may be deleted up to 5 months after the date of inactivity, subject to operational, compliance, audit, and security requirements. If an account registration is rejected, your submitted registration information may be retained for a limited period to support audit and security review, after which it may be deleted.
